The Micronta Auto Fuse Tester will quickly identify a blown fuse without the need for removing the fuse from its holder.
For 12-Volt Auto/Truck Circuits Only.
Testing Glass Fuses - If a circuit goes oute (headlights, horn, heater, radio, etc.) turn the switch for that circuit "ON". Bridge each fuse with the Tester. A bad fuse is indicated when the Tester glows. Fuses from 1/2" (1.27cm) to 1-1/2" (3.8cm) long may be tested.
Testing Plastic Fuses - A plastic blade fuse if tested in a similar manner to a glass fuse. Insert narrow-spaced prongs into contacts on flat side of fuse. A bad fuse is indicated when the Tester glows.
